The European International University (EIU-Paris) is a private education establishment authorized by the French Ministry of
National Education, as well as Higher Education, Research, and Innovation in accordance with the French Education Act (Code de
l’Education Articles L 444-1 to 444-11 and R 444-1 to 444-28).
EIU-Paris was founded with a vision to offer international-type programs and qualifications to the global student market. As a result, the university does not provide programs in French medium, nor does it use traditional French degree nomenclature, such as “Licence universitaire” for Bachelor’s degrees, “Master” (pronounced “mah-stehr” with a silent ‘r’) for Master’s degrees, or “Doctorat de recherche” for Doctorate degrees.
Instead, EIU-Paris offers a range of international-type degree programs such as BEd, BSITDS, BBA, MBA, MSIET, MSMHP, MSITDS, DBA, DMan, EdD, PsyD, and PhD.
